Our conference packages

Emser ThermenHotel offers the perfect venue for your event with our conference packages. The “work”, “life” and “balance” rooms can be booked individually or together, creating spaces ranging from 50 m² to 150 m². A special focus is placed on comfortable seating and lounge furniture for 5 or for up to 100 people.

Our rooms

The three conference rooms are designed according to modern standards and equipped with the latest technology:

  • Free WLAN
  • Mobile multifunctional displays (65 inches)
  • Guest laptop with camera
  • Flipchart
  • Metaplan wall
  • Facilitator’s toolbox
  • Sound system with microphone
  • Projector (only for 3 rooms)

Room rental for one room is EUR 200. Two or three rooms can be booked together by request.

Culinary support

We will be happy to support you by request throughout the seminar day with various snacks as well as lunch and/or dinner. The “dining room” in our restaurant – a separate area with a view of the Lahn River – is also available to you. If you would like to request the use of this room, it is advisable for you to let us know when you are requesting a conference booking.
