The recognised UNESCO World Heritage Site Bad Ems is one of the "Great Spa Towns Of Europe". The spa town on the Lahn has many sights up its sleeve. Especially in the historic town centre, the spa gardens, casino, spa house and marble hall are right next to each other. The Kurwaldbahn, one of the steepest funicular railways in the world, is also not far from here.

At the very end of the romantic spa park you will find the Robert-Kampe-Sprudel, from which the Emser Therme gets its thermal water. On the opposite side of the Lahn you will also find the water tower and the Russian church with its golden spires.
